Festival Food Vendors

2025

Untitled design (12).png

We are excited to welcome a variety of food vendors to Nebraska City for our annual festivals!

Again this year Nebraska City Tourism & Commerce (NCTC) will be coordinating food vendors for festivals. NCTC will be taking festival vendor fees and assigning location/electricity/water access. Food vendor fees include electrical access. Water access is an additional fee. Registering to be a food vendor during a festival will be done via completing an online form this year: LINK

You MUST hold a city vendor permit before registering for the festival. You will be required to upload a copy of your city vendor fee when you register and pay for your location.

Priority will be given to vendors that register and serve at all three festivals including:

  • Arbor Day Festival | Saturday, April 26, 2025

  • Treestock Festival | Saturday, July 5, 2025

  • Applejack Festival Weekend #1 | Saturday, September 20, 2025 - Sunday, September 21, 2025

Nebraska State Food Permit

You must have a Nebraska State Food Permit if you are selling food in the State of Nebraska. It is required to hold this permit prior to obtaining a Nebraska City Food Vendor Permit.

Nebraska City Food Vendor Permit

For-profit Vendors must still work through Katie Drake-Heng at the city office to obtain the necessary city vendor permit. The permit will allow you to sell product(s) in Nebraska City for the 2025 calendar year. There is a permit fee that is paid to the city through Katie Drake-Heng, regardless of where your food stand is placed in town. Applications are requested to be completed at least 45 days prior to the first date you are vending in Nebraska City. Reach out to Katie at kdrakeheng@nebraskacity.com with any questions regarding the Nebraska City Food Vendor Permit.

Non-Profit Organizations

Non-profit organizations will have different requirements for a vendor permit. You will need to fill out an application for a Non-Profit Vendor Permit that is available from the Police Chief at 1518 Central Avenue, Nebraska City. You may also call him at (402) 873-6666 if you have further questions.

Logistical information will be communicated to vendors before each festival via email from Krystl Knabe, NCTC Events Director.
