5th Annual Arbor Day 5 & 10K Run/Walk

April 24, 2010 (the weekend preceding Arbor Day)

Top Finishers Receive PRIZES! Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome! The run begins and ends in the amazing and stately Arbor Lodge State Historical Park, traverses the Arbor Day Farm grounds and parts of historic Nebraska City. Tours of the Arbor Lodge Mansion are available throughout the weekend.

Special Runners Package at Whispering Pines Bed & Breakfast:

A two night stay lets you enjoy all the runner’s treats after the race, gives you a chance to come back to your room, hot tub and relax on the porch or shower up and go out and about  - either way, enjoying a beautiful Springtime day in Nebraska City, a relaxing evening and another great night of sleep!  Oh, and a full, leisurely, gourmet breakfast on Sunday - no skimping here!
There will be an early bird runner’s discount of 20% off your second night of a Friday/Saturday stay, April 23/24 if booked by April 5th, 10% if booked after April 5th.  Based on limited availability, so reserve your room now.

Entry fee is $19 per person and must be postmarked on or before April 16.

Event Day Registration:

Entry fee is $24 per person after April 16 and on the day of the event. You may register 7:30 - 8:20 am in Arbor Lodge State Historical Park.

Entry Fee includes T-Shirt. Entry fees are non-refundable and support Arbor Day Activities. Showers for entrants are available after the race compliments of the Ambassador Wellness Center. Inquire at registration.
